From idea to project realization
Grüngas is active across the full value chain from wellhead to delivering transition and carbon-zero fuels to off-takers and end users.
Our focus is on monetising stranded gas reserves with scalable modular processing technologies and balance of plant equipment. Beyond technology we engage in upstream processes from wellhead feedstock to distribution, storage and off-take. BOO – Built own and Operate
Grüner build, own and operate modular natural gas liquefaction plants with capacity between 5’000 to 60’000TPA per train to produce LNG and other gas product. Modular LNG liquefaction plants are scalable up to 300’000TPA per liquefaction facility.
DBO – Design, Build and Operate
We engage as life-cycle partner in natural gas processing plants and relevant downstream activities such as transmission and storage. We execute the complete project cycle from planning, financing, engineering, construction to operational management. For existing plants we upgrade / refurbish, optimise performance and project life and assume operational management responsibility.
EPC – Engineering, Procurement and Construction
As a lump-sum turnkey contractor Grüner offer customized solutions across the engineering, procurement and construction phases. With dedicated teams, knowledge partners, multinational fabrication, global sourcing practices and detailed commission schedule, Grüner proofs highly competitive as a lump-sum turnkey EPC Contractor.
O&M – Operation and Maintenance
Grüner will take up the operational management of the existing facility. This service may including plant optimization, upgrade, refurbishment / other when required in reducing the cost of ownership.
Our model is based on a service agreement and could include training and integration of existing personnel.
Asset Optimisation
We troubleshoot existing operations holistically – identifying root cause be it human or technology. We plan corrective strategy and employ change implementation towards optimised production and revenue return.
Upgrade and refurbishment
We have vast experience in challenges on getting the most out of your plant. Whether you are upgrading to the latest technology or expanding you plant we can assist. Implementing Grüner customised upgrade and refurbishment strategy or owner strategy we upgrade or refurbish your plant with latest technology in maximizing production and revenue.
Turnaround Management
We understand business challenges and our team has vast experience in mitigating the same. Climate change is real and it is important that likeminded companies who share the vision of a net-zero future is healthy. We employ various models to successful turnaround and can include temporarily taking over supervision and management of operations.
